The building proposed for the ideas competition is a focal point of the urban fabric of the Municipality of Ceranova (PV), offering spaces dedicated to the community, such as the auditorium, the library and the multipurpose hall, and at the same time it relates to the services present in the area that are once again available to students.

The dual role of the building, that of training and aggregation for the community, is highlighted with the choice of using large windows to the east, to allow natural light to illuminate the spaces designed for aggregation, while smaller windows punctuate the classroom environments to the west.

The proposed technological solution includes the use of Xlam type panels, a construction system with good resistance to stress characteristics that also offers excellent thermal insulation and high fire resistance.
